From "https://www.pennminerals.com/collecting", it says: "LOCUST LANE, WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, YORK COUNTY-  A new site discovered in the last two years where Cambrian trilobites have been collected from the Kinzers Formation.  Trilobites have been recovered from the shale exposed here.  "

Here is a blog that talks about other locations in the immediate area: "https://www.ydr.com/story/opinion/2019/04/03/my-favorite-geologic-sites-manchester-township/3355797002/".  For example: "My next location is on the west side of North George Street north of Heidelberg Avenue.  A small shale exposure is found here belonging to the Kinzers Formation, also of Lower Cambrian in age."
"To access this road cut from North George Street, travel north on North George Street (Rt.181) from Exit 10 of I-83.  Proceed through first traffic light and go about 0.3 miles. Turn left onto Sycamore Lane.  Go three blocks and turn right onto Clearbrook Blvd.  Go to "T" intersection and turn left onto Locust Lane.  Cross the Interstate 83 bridge and park on left."
