For more details go to the Travel Channel's treasure wiki page for Ohio. Here is what it says: "General description: One of the largest Ohio state parks and just 25 miles from Cincinnati. The park permits collecting marine fossils from the Kope and Fairview Formations, and Bellevue Member of the Grant Lake Limestone. The main formation exposed is in the emergency spillway.

Handy to bring along: 1. Check with the Park Office for collecting rules.

Helpful notes to newcomers: This is a great park even if there were absolutely no neat fossils. A 2160 acre lake offers boating, water skiing, a 1200 feet of sand beach, miles of hiking trails, and get away cabins in addition to camping. What are you waiting for"
