Details can be found at the Travel Channel's treasure wiki page for Pennsylvania It says: "General description: Unlike many states, Pennsylvania allows fossil collecting in selected locations in some state parks. Fossils can be found on the shores and in the shallow water along Beltzville lake.

Handy to bring along: 1. Wading shoes 2. Bucket 3. Sunscreen 4. Fishing tacket - why not?

Helpful notes to newcomers: Picnicking sites, and day activities are available but overnight camping is forbidden."
