It says you can find red moss agate here. Go the book preview online at this google books location. | It says you can find red moss agate here: "Take Rte. 40 West from Albuquerque for 15 miles to the Rio Puerco Bridge. Go past the bridge to a white sign, turn right (north) and go 0.5 miles to a windmill. Take the side road to the white bluff. Collect on bluff." The book is 1981 so it may be a little outdated. |
