This information is form mindat. It reports geodes 6.4miles south of Cabezon near the Rio Puerco river area. It looks like there might be some good sight-seeing around there.	The map placemark is approximate. To get there it looks like you would go from highway 44 to New Mexico road 279 and stay straight when the road takes a sharp curve to the north (right). From Cabezon you take the BLM route past the west of town that has a bridge over the river and go south 6.4 miles on it.
