North on Interstate 93 to exit 17. West on Route 4 to Grafton.

From New London:
Route 11 east to Route 4. West on Route 4 to Grafton.

From Lebanon:
Interstate 89 to exit 17. East on Route 4 to Grafton.

From The North Country:
South on Interstate 93 to exit 23. West on Route 4 to Grafton.

 

I searched for Ruggles Mine on Google Earth and placemarked what turned up.  I don't know if that is the exact spot.
