Description: Here's a really nicely preserved, large sized petrified log from the Eden Valley petrified wood deposits in Central Wyoming. This piece has the black and tan tinted wood grain that characterizes parts of the Blue Forest deposit (also in Eden Valley) but lacks the blue botryoidal agate cast that typifies it's sister deposit.
