Rhodochrosite with Fluorite Sweet Home Mine, Mount Bross, Alma Mining District, Park Co., Colorado, USA 5.45cm x 5.2cm x 2.8cm

Description/Interesting Notes:

An incredible example of rhodochrosite with fluorite from this famed Colorado locale!!! This specimen consists a showy cluster of glassy, razor-sharp, reddish-pink rhodochrosite crystals accented by pale purplish fluorite crystals!!! The rhodochrosite crystals range in size to 1.8cm and exhibit translucent to gemmy clarity!!! The fluorite crystals are present as tiny modified cubes, some of which are complexly etched as well!!! The specimen is overall in fantastic condition and displays stunningly in person!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
