3" SEPTARIAN DRAGON STONE Polished Geode End Turtleback - Utah
This specimen is not for sale, and was archived from an external source for the purpose of preserving and sharing its geologic, geographic, and collector value.
Description:  3" Septarian polished geode end slab from southern Utah, about 15 miles from Zion National Park. This is also known as Dragon Stone. As the ocean receded, the balls were left to dry and crack, allowing Calcite crystals to form within them.
