I found this location on the web from http://www.oregon.com/eastern_oregon_cities/burns
It says that you can find the thundereggs at the Oard's Service Station. There is a mine nearby (don't know if there is any relation to this location) at this mindat link: http://www.mindat.org/loc-148318.html
There used to be a place called Buchanan ranch here, but it seems to be done.
Directions: The website information says: "Buchanan thunder eggs can be found at Oard's Service Station, which is 23 miles east of Burns on Highway 20". This appears to be a town called Buchanan.
