Details: tons of Arizona Brains (Geodes), some agate as well... middle of nowhere. take some water, tell a friend where your going, and beware wildlife that will enjoy snacking on you... i suggest a 4 wheel drive or bad ass truck... but we made it in a ford sedan
Directions: k, good luck. i wrote this down as driving back, then reversed the dircetions... hope my math is right..
1) when babydoll ranch rd turns gravel, go about 3.1 miles
2) turn left when sign on right says payson/city creek. a sign on the road to the left says mineral creek trail head/hwy 87, go about .3 miles
3) take a right on 414, go about .8 miles
4) (you may want to park at the cattle gate) continue past cattle gate about .4 miles
