Details: According to "https://www.pennminerals.com/collecting", "YORK HAVEN - Triassic petrified wood site located near York Haven. In several cultivated fields north of town, nice samples of petrified wood are regularly found. In a long railroad exposure along the Susquehanna River near Brunnees Island south of town, fern fossils have been collected from the Triassic sandstone."
