Details: According to the reference below, you can find agates and agatized wood in area draws and washes. Also it mentions that you can find agate, jasper, and agatized wood along the Medicine Lodge River and on adjoining buttes and terraces all the way to Kiowa which would additionally include chert, chalcedony, and petrified wood.
